Riverside is a village in Cook County with a population of 8,876 according to the 2010 census. The median household income is $96,593, and the median home value is $383,400. The real estate market in Riverside is very competitive and homes can sell quickly if priced correctly. The median rent is $1,150 which is slightly above the national average.

Parks and Recreation

If you love the outdoors, Riverside is home to several beautiful parks. The Riverside Park District offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities, from tennis and basketball courts, to playgrounds, walking paths, and even a skate park. There’s also the Riverside Public Library which has a variety of books, movies, and activities for all ages.

Best Restaurants

If you’re looking for delicious food, Riverside has plenty of great restaurants in the area. Some of the most popular restaurants include the La Barra and The Chew Chew. These restaurants all offer a variety of dishes, from classic Italian and Mexican to delicious seafood. Riverside also has plenty of fun events and activities throughout the year.

Other events include the Riverside Holiday Parade, the Riverside Farmers Market, and the Riverside Summer Concert Series.
